Zoho Creator API Toolkit
This toolkit lets LLMs interact directly with the Zoho Creator low-code platform via its REST API. It enables reading, writing, updating, and deleting records and metadata across Zoho Creator applications, forms, reports, and pages.
Capabilities
- Record CRUD (bulk & single): Insert, update, or delete up to 200 records per request on any form or report; also supports single-record fetch, update, and delete by ID.
- Bulk export jobs: Create and monitor bulk read jobs to export large datasets from reports asynchronously.
- Metadata introspection: Retrieve meta information for applications, workspaces, forms, form fields, reports, and pages — covering structure, field types, and configurations.
- Schema-driven execution: Write tools expose a
GET_REQUEST_SCHEMAmode to fetch the required request shape before executing, preventing malformed payloads. - Multi-region support: Server URL is configurable via secret, enabling use across Zoho's regional data centers.
OAuth
This toolkit authenticates via OAuth 2.0 with Zoho as the identity provider. See the Arcade Zoho auth provider docs for setup instructions.
Secrets
ZOHO_SERVER_URL— The base API URL for the Zoho Creator API, used to target the correct regional data center (e.g.,https://creator.zoho.comfor the US,https://creator.zoho.eufor Europe,https://creator.zoho.infor India,https://creator.zoho.com.aufor Australia). Set this to match the region where your Zoho Creator account is hosted. You can confirm your account region in the Zoho Creator dashboard URL or under your Zoho account settings. See Zoho Creator API domain reference for the full list of regional endpoints.
