PagerDuty toolkit for Arcade enables LLMs to read, monitor, and manage PagerDuty resources — incidents, services, teams, schedules, and on-call rotations — via the PagerDuty REST API.

Capabilities

  • Incident management: Retrieve individual incidents, list with filters (status, urgency, service, team, time range), update status (acknowledge, resolve, reopen), and reassign to specific users.
  • Activity & audit: Fetch the account-wide log entry feed covering triggers, acknowledgments, escalations, and resolutions.
  • On-call & scheduling: List on-call entries and schedules to surface who is currently on duty.
  • Org & team structure: List and retrieve teams (with members and linked resources), users, and perform fuzzy name/email search across users.
  • Services & escalation policies: List and retrieve services and escalation policies to understand routing and ownership.
  • Identity: Resolve the authenticated user's profile, including contact details and notification preferences, via Whoami.

OAuth

This toolkit uses OAuth 2.0 via the PagerDuty provider. See the Arcade PagerDuty auth provider docs for setup details.
